  • An understanding of the early warning signs of burnout
  • What happens to your physical and emotional body when you are heading towards burnout
  • Who is on your internal advisory board and what role your personal internal advisors play in inducing stress, anxiety and burnout. Worksheets provided to identify your internal board of advice.
  • What it is about high achievers and people who strive for perfection that predisposes them to burnout
  • Discovery session exploring the beliefs, attitudes and behaviours of high achiever and perfection seekers.  Worksheets are provided to support self reflection.
  • Tools to help you better manage the early signs of burnout.
